Hello, I'm
War
[/b]
Hey, my name's David, but you can call me Shadowblade
I'm 23 and I've been RPGing\writing fan-fics for 6 (?)
I read the rules, you know why? Because my favorite color is blue.
Character's name: Alexander Warden
Character's alias: War
Age: Immortal, but appears to be in his mid 30's.
Face Claim: N/A
A Brief History of
Character's name
Eye Color: Bright Blue (turns Red when in Rage Mode)
Hair Color: Brown
General Height: 7 inches, 5 feet
General Weight: 350 lb (Purely from his muscle mass and armor. Has virtually no fat.)
Distinguishing Features:
Scars/Tatoos: None
Powers: Tremendous strength (his limit has yet to be found) allowing him to pick up nearly any heavy object with ease, and can create shock waves by pounding the ground. Near invincibility (it takes a LOT to bring him down, depending on the used weapon or power.)
Can teleport to different dimensions, but only after performing a two minute long meditation.
Can summon his equipment (including his steed) from a pocket dimension at any time.
Is capable of shooting out blasts of devastating Cosmic Energy in multiple forms (such as beams, radial bursts from his body, explosive bolts, waves from his sword, and so on.)
Can also infuse his sword with cosmic energy for a limited time to increase it's damage.
His steed is heavily armored, allowing it to take heavy damage (though not as much as War himself.) Nothing connects them though, so he can be knocked off of his steed's back with enough force. The steed can also rush forward with enough force that virtually nothing could stop it in it's path.
Whenever killed, his soul is absorbed and protected by his gauntlet (which cannot be damaged at all, no matter how powerful the force), until he can complete a very complex meditation that usually takes him about a year to complete, so he may restore himself to the living.
Finally, War can also enter a Rage Mode which drastically amplifies his power, but he can only stay in this mode for a while, since he may burn himself out, or risk destroying the universe.
General Physical Description: Without his armor, he's still quite imposing with his height and muscular fortitude. His body is Olympian in every aspect.
Likes: Triumph of good over evil
Dislikes: Casualties of innocents
Fears: An imbalance of good and evil. Death of innocents. Overloading while in Rage Mode.
Strengths: Is essentially a tank. He's capable of soaking up damage, and causing devastation as well.
Weaknesses: Feels inclined to protect innocents, no matter what the cost. Power is dulled by Dark Energy. Is usually slowed down by his heavy armor by a bit. (Unless he's in Rage Mode)
General Personality, Must be at least two paragraphs long.
This, is my life
Family: War, still having human feelings and personality, has created many families during his time (which is endless) on Earth. Despite having to watch his loved ones pass on without him, he has been able to muster enough strength to move on. While he has been careful about starting families with his wives, as he didn't want to outlive his children either), he has failed in this regard a few times. Since his family tree is probably very large due to his immortality, it would be nearly impossible to list everyone, but one notable relative (as a very, very, VERY late grandson), is Jason Warden, who became the villainous Annihilator.
History: Alexander was a notorious Holy Crusader, bringing fear to his enemies. He was rumored to be unstoppable.
But as much as he exceeded in battle, the story of the Holy Grail intrigued him more than conquering his enemies.
Alexander took a risky move, and strayed from battle with a team of loyal followers. They embarked on a quest for the Holy Grail, a quest in which Alexander had spent many months organizing and planning.
He had a lead, that suggested the Grail was in a holy temple, lost among the sands of Egypt. His team fought through the harsh terrain, and indeed found a temple hidden beneath the sand.
The temple was riddled with traps however, and ultimately, Alexander was the only one to reach the grand chamber.
Instead of finding the Grail, he found a gauntlet. Runes around it's base told of it granting great power to whoever wore it.
Alexander was attracted by this, and put it on. As promised, it gave him great power.
He was then shifted into another realm, and there he was confronted by four figures, which didn't have any definite shapes or features.
They labeled themselves 'The Forces that Be', and told Alexander of his destiny, and that upon wearing the gauntlet, he had become War, the first Horsemen of Infinity.
They then told him that as time went by, his fated brothers in arms will join him, and so they did, the last Horseman joining the ranks during World War 2.
The group was required to keep the balance of good and evil among the dimensions in check, and that was their overall quest, it's outcome kept secret from them.
They have made many nemesis during their adventures, including the demonic Andross, and the wizard king Rasha.
